How much does it cost?
We ask for a small fee of $10 at the time of medical
services. After that fee, services are billed based on a sliding
fee scale. This scale is based on Federal Poverty guidelines
which change annually. Basically, everything is based on your
ability to pay (i.e. income and family size). You can use the
following table as a guide.

Our phone system opens at 7:30 am and we take appointments
on a "first come, first served" basis until we are full. Unfortunately,
we are unable to schedule any appointments in advance due to the
size of our staff and facilities. In the near future, we hope
to institute a "triage" program wherein when someone calls for
an appointment, they can speak to a triage nurse who will
determine the urgency and appropriateness of an office visit.
For instance, in emergent cases, a referral to the emergency
room may be made.
