• Medical Clinic Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Phone lines open at 7:30 pm for appointments -- call 208-292-0292.

   

• Dental Clinic Hours

  • Telephone lines open Monday through Thursday for appointments 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.   Call 208-292-0697.

    Closed for Lunch hour from Noon to 1:00 PM

     

  • Emergency Clinic open on Fridays with availability of dentists.   A fee of $25 must be paid in advance when appointment is scheduled.  First come first serve basis.
